Polymarket Perps
Long or short NVIDIA, gold or an index with leverage, from a fresh Polymarket wallet whose orders are signed by its own short-lived key.

| You trade | Perps on US stocks, indices, commodities and crypto, with leverage |
| The wallet | A fresh Polymarket wallet; its key owns the Perps account |
| Funded with | pUSD, at least 10, moved in from the wallet's Deposit Wallet |
| Code | packages/venues/src/pmperps, apps/web/src/features/perps |
Set up
Perps trades from the same kind of fresh wallet as Polymarket. The wallet's own key owns the Perps account and authorises a proxy key for 7 days with an EIP-712 signature; the proxy signs each order. A new proxy is authorised an hour before the old one expires, or if it is refused. Every request is a signed command over Polymarket's REST API, so it is sealed like everything else.
Funding
- The wallet is funded with pUSD, exactly as on Polymarket.
- On its first Perps order, all of its pUSD moves from the Deposit Wallet into Perps, gasless. That first deposit, at least 10 pUSD, opens the Perps account.
Trading
- Long or short at market (an IOC limit at most 1% through the mark) or with a limit (good till cancelled).
- Leverage (5× by default), take-profit and stop-loss exits; see the ticket's arithmetic.
- The terminal trades from the wallet that already holds this market, otherwise from a ready wallet that has never traded, otherwise it asks you to fund one.
Coming home
Two steps, as on the venue: first Close each position. Then Send home cancels any orders, withdraws the pUSD back to the Deposit Wallet with the owner's signature, and takes Polymarket's route home. Send home refuses while a position is open. Under 1 pUSD withdrawable stays behind as dust.
Live data
Best bid and offer, trades, candles and daily statistics come from Polymarket Perps' public feed through the relay's
shared live feed. The
relay skips the tickers channel (about 700 updates a second across every market) and uses statistics for the
price, at most once a second.
