Troubleshooting
What to do when a deposit, a funding or a trip home seems stuck, in the app's own words.
Start at Service status: it shows whether each hop is answering.

| "From a public address: resting 2–6 h" | It came from a transparent address | Wait; it can fund wallets once rested. Deposit from a shielded wallet next time |
| A deposit sits under Confirming | Received ZEC needs 10 confirmations, about 12–13 min | Wait; it moves to your spendable balance on its own |
| The balance hasn't moved | The wallet checks every 30 s and pauses 1–10 min after each send | Wait a minute; the pause after a send is on purpose |
| A wallet stays Preparing for minutes | It starts at a random moment, 20 s to 3 min after you ask | Wait. A keep-ready replacement can wait hours (90 min on average, 12 h at most) |
| blocked on a funding | The size isn't standard, or it would spend more than is ready | Pick a standard size, deposit, or wait for resting ZEC |
